Director of Sales & Commercial Helsinki – Uppdraget slutfört enligt kundens intentioner


One of the leading companies in transports & logistics in the Nordic countries is looking for an experienced Director to their office in Helsinki area. This is a key position in securing that sales and commercial development targets are reached. The person in this position has responsibility for the country sales budget and has a leading commercial role including product development. He/she is member of the finnish management group and reports directly to the managing director.

  • Main tasks:
  • •  To develop and lead planned activities in line with the long term goals of the company
  • •  To coach and continuously follow up on your teams activities
  • •  To ensure that your team has the correct competence
  • •  To be responsible for the country Sales budget and customer relations development
  • •  To ensure sales budget
  • •  Manage and develop business performance in terms of business planning, commercial control and cross functional commercial process improvements
  • •  To ascertain compliance with company values
A strong commitment and leadership skills, drive and business sense is required to succeed in this position.
You have a positive approach and are team player with several years proven track record of personnel management.

Most likely you have a university degree in logistics or economics/marketing. Fluency in Finnish and English.
